Among other responsibilities I support Trimble&#8217;s Transportation &amp; Logistics business sectors in North America, leading providers of software and SaaS fleet mobility, communications, and data management solutions for transportation and logistics companies.<\/p>\n<p>It is important as in-house counsel to be a proactive problem-solver and trusted business partner, crafting strategic, creative and practical legal solutions designed to achieve business objectives with available resources while rationally managing risk through strong partnerships with business owners and leadership. My experience includes contract negotiation and drafting, privacy, software\/e-commerce\/cloud services, compliance, marketing, insurance, vendor and procurement, technology licensing, export, litigation management\/dispute resolution, and risk management, and providing legal advice and legal support to all levels as a corporate generalist.
