About Me

Eric Lambert 2x2While not taking time to file notes from the trenches about things legal and otherwise, I am currently seeking my next opportunity after spending time working recently as for CommerceHub, Inc., a New York-based SaaS company, and Jamf, a software company based in Minneapolis. It is important as in-house counsel to be a proactive problem-solver and trusted business partner, crafting strategic, creative and practical legal solutions designed to achieve business objectives with available resources while rationally managing risk through strong partnerships with business owners and leadership. My experience includes contract negotiation and drafting, privacy, software/e-commerce/cloud services, compliance, marketing, insurance, vendor and procurement, technology licensing, export, litigation management/dispute resolution, and risk management, and providing legal advice and legal support to all levels as a corporate generalist. I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

I also dabble in voice-over work.  Check out my voiceover demo at http://voiceover.ericlambert.net.

I am also an alum of Digital River, Inc., a leading Commerce-as-a-Service and e-marketing provider, and of Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren, a Minneapolis-based law firm.  I began my career in New York, working for companies such as Emanuel Publishing Corporation, Prodigy, and IntraLinks. I live with my wife and two sons in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota, happily enjoying Midwestern life as a “recovering New Yorker.”

  1. I really need to look at that page more often – I left Jostens in late April 2016. Thanks for the nudge to update the page and correct that egregious error!
